Receiving payments with Apartments.com
It takes just minutes to set up online payments. Before you get started, you’ll need your renter's email address and the details of the checking account where you’d like to receive payments.
1. From the Property Management Dashboard, select Payments under the Home tab and select then Set Up Payments.
2. Select the property or unit where you'd like to collect rent.
Here, you'll enter details like:
- The lease term
- The renter's name and email
- The rent amount and due dates
Note: If you've already set up your renter on Residents, they'll appear here as an option when setting up payments.
3. Select Complete Setup. We'll email your renter(s) and guide them through scheduling payments to you.
