How do I bill my renter for things besides rent?

You can charge your renters using a bill. Bills allow you to request payments for things outside of your recurring rent requests, such as utilities and repairs.

Adding a bill

  1. Navigate to your Rental Manager account and select the Payments tab.
  2. Select the resident you would like to bill.

A payment page appears.

  1. Select the Add a Bill button.

The Add a One-Time Bill page appears.

  1. Enter the Amount, Due Date, and Memo for your bill.
  2. Select Add One-Time Bill when you are finished adding your bill details.

Your bill is added, and a notification email is automatically sent to your resident containing the details of your bill.
