Funnel Online Scheduling Support

If you are using Funnel and want to begin using online scheduling syndication, make your request to Funnel’s support team or CXM. After you make a request, Funnel contacts to request online scheduling access for your applicable listings.

Funnel’s online scheduling product is completely set up and activated by the Funnel support team. For changes to your tour syndication, Funnel requests you submit a ticket to them directly at

To adjust existing tour settings, click settings. Under settings, click teams. Under teams, click select team online scheduling will then integrate with the tool using Listing ID & Property Funnel ID. This can take up to 48 hours.
