Configuring tour settings
Important: Configuring your tour hours is required for online scheduling to syndicate properly. Only admin or manager users have permission to update tour settings.
- Navigate to the Funnel portal and log in to your account.
The Funnel Dashboard opens.
- Select the Settings dropdown > Teams > Select Team.
Your tour settings appear.
- Activate or deactivate tour types based on the types of tours your property provides.
- Enter your touring hours and assign the number of appointments available per day.
Note: If your leasing office is closed on a specific day, enable the Closed checkbox on that day's row.
- Locate the Appointment Settings section and configure your settings to match your preferences.
- Repeat step 4 and 5 for each tour type your property provides.
Requesting syndication
Important: Contact Funnel support at support@funnelleasing.com to request online scheduling syndication to Apartments.com.
After this request is received and completed, your scheduling information is syndicated to Apartments.com. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your listings are successfully updated with integrated tour scheduling.
