How do I add concessions to my listing using Funnel?
Adding property-level concessions
- Navigate to the Funnel portal and log in to your account.
The Funnel Dashboard opens.
- Select the My Company dropdown and then select Communities.
The Communities page opens.
- Select Edit at the top right of the Communities page.
- Navigate to the Special Offers section and select Add another Special Offer.
- Enter a description of your concession and then select a start and end date.
- Select Save at the top of the page.
Your concession is saved to your listing and syndicated to Apartments.com.
Adding unit-level concessions
- Navigate to the Funnel Dashboard.
- Select the My Company dropdown under the left navigation.
- Select On-Market.
The On-Market Units page opens.
- Select the Community dropdown and select the property you want to add a unit-level concession to.
- Select unit you want to a concession to.
- Select the Features tab.
- Navigate to the Incentives section and enter the number of months of free rent you want to offer as part of your concession.
Note: Only the data in the Owner Gives Resident field will be syndicated.
- Select Save at the top of the page.
Your unit-level concession is saved to your listing and syndicated to Apartments.com.
