How do I add OneSite concessions to my listing using RealPage's GetConcessions API?
Locating concessions settings
- Navigate to the OneSite portal and log in to your account.
The OneSite dashboard appears.
- Select the Settings gear icon in the top right of your window.
- Navigate to the General Property settings and select Leasing and Rents.
- Select Concessions.
A Concessions pop-up appears.
Creating and configuring concessions
- Select the New button.
An Add a concession pop-up appears.
- Enter a description of your concession and then select the concession type from the dropdown.
- Select and enable the checkboxes to whomever the concession applies to from the provided selection:
- New Residents
- Renewals
- Transfers
- Enter the date range the concession is active.
- Enter an Occupancy Trigger percentage value.
Note: This is the property occupancy percentage through which your concession is available. If the property occupancy is higher than this trigger, then OneSite suspends the concession temporarily. This trigger removes your concession from quotes and renewal offers until the trigger is updated, or property occupancy falls below the entered value.
- Select when you would like to start your concession from the provided selection:
- Beginning of lease - Your concession starts at the beginning of a lease. Select First month or First full month to finish this choice.
- Middle of lease - Your concession starts during a lease at some point. Enter which month the concession will begin.
- End of lease - Your concession will end on the last day of the last full month of a lease term. A lease term-based discount will always begin on the move-in date.
- Select if your concession occurs one-time, multiple times, or divided across a lease.
- Select Save to finalize your concession.
Your concession is now available when selecting lease terms and specials for your prospects, applicants, or renewals. After applying a concession, your information is syndicated to Apartments.com within 24 to 48 hours.
