How do I set up lead attribution using RealPage ILM?

Setting up lead attribution

  1. Navigate to the RealPage ILM Lead Manager portal and log in to your account.

The RealPage ILM Lead Manager dashboard appears.

  1. Select the Settings dropdown and then select Data Management.

The Data Management page appears.

  1. Select the dropdown menu and then select Adsource Numbers and Email.

  1. Ensure that an Apartments.com source is available and enabled.

Important: If Apartments.com is missing from your available list of sources, contact the RealPage ILM support team for assistance.

Your lead attribution information is sent to Apartments.com for verification. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your lead attribution information syndicates to Apartments.com.
