How do I add concessions to my listing using RealPage?
Important: Clients can access RealPage online help at any time from any page within the Marketing Center.
- Navigate to RealPage and log in to your account.
The Unified Platform homepage appears.
- Select the Marketing Center placard.
Important: If the Marketing Center placard is missing, contact RealPage support for further assistance.
The My Properties page appears.
- Select the property where you want to add a concession.
The Marketing Dashboard appears.
- Select the Coupon & Specials tab in the left navigation.
The Coupon & Specials page appears.
- Select the Add Special button.
An Add Special pop-up appears.
- Enter the details of your concession and then select Save.
After saving, your concession is syndicated to Apartments.com within 24 to 48 hours.
