How do I send leads to my CRM using Yardi CRM Flex, IQ, and Voyager?
Overview
You can send leads to your CRM with three different methods using Yardi. Refer to the sections below for more information.
Topics
Yardi Voyager Guest Card Lead API
Yardi CRM Flex Lead API
- Contact your Yardi representative or submit a case request with Yardi to receive an Apartments.com Lead Email ending in @aptleasing.info.
- After you receive your email address, contact feeds@apartments.com to add a parser to your new @aptleasing.info email. Include whether this update will encompass all listings from your company or only selected listings, as there are two different configurations for the Yardi CRM Lead API. Note which listings need setting up and what their lead emails should be.
The feeds support team will add the email parser to the Apartments.com backend after receiving this request. The wait time to complete this process and to start testing leads is 24 to 48 hours.
