How do I set up Yardi Lead OLL (Apply Now)?

Enabling Yardi Unit-level Apply Now

Important: Yardi Unit-level Apply Now is only available for Gold and above ad level customers. Verify your listing is on Yardi Voyager for property management purposes, integrated with Yardi CRM Flex and Yardi Rent Café for ILS Syndication, and integrated with Yardi Secure Café for OLL only to display and enable the Apply Now feature properly.

Enabling Lead Attribution and Advanced Tracking

Enabling lead attribution and advanced tracking is the process of adding Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) parameters to ensure attribution. UTM parameters are a string of code placed on the back end of a URL to define the source of the lead.

  1. Navigate to and select the Marketing dropdown under Property Configuration and then select the Lead Attribution & DNI tab.

The Lead Attribution & DNI page appears.

  1. Select the Settings button.
  2. Enable Lead Attribution and Advanced Tracking.

  1. Repeat this process for every property where you want to enable lead attribution and advanced tracking.

Important: After you've enabled this Lead Attribution and Advanced Tracking on Yardi, you need to locate your Unit Availability URL to finish enabling Apply Now. Refer to the section below for more information.

Locating your Unit Availability URL

  1. Navigate to the ILS Feed Log on the RentCafe portal.

The ILS Feed Log page appears.

  1. Enter the name of the property you need the unit availability URL for, select from the dropdown, and keep the date ranges as is.
  2. Select the Display button.

Results appear.

  1. Select Success under any property result you want the URL from.

The ILS Feed Log appears.

  1. Locate and copy the <UnitAvailabilityURL> tag.

  1. Contact, attach your Unit Availability URL, and let our team know you are ready to enable Yardi Unit-level Apply Now on all of your eligible listings.

After receiving your request, your unit availability takes 24 to 48 hours to appear on
