Entrata Online Scheduling Support
Prerequisites
Important: Before enabling online scheduling, you must enable lead attribution and syndication using Entrata. Enabling online scheduling
Designate Tour Types
- Navigate to Entrata and log into your account.
The Entrata Dashboard appears.
- Select the Setup dropdown in the top navigation and then select Properties.
3. Navigate to and select the property where you want to enable online scheduling.
The property page appears.
- Select the Marketing tab and then select ProspectPortal.
The ProspectPortal page appears.
- Select Tours and then select Active Tour Types.
- Enable the types of tours your property offers. Entrata supports Agent Tours, Self-Guided Tours, and Virtual Tours.
Enable Appointment Times
- Navigate to the property page where you want to enable online scheduling and select the Property tab.
The Property page appears.
- Select Calendar.
The calendar page appears.
- Locate your Staff Availability Settings and enter your availability information.
- Locate your Self-Guide Tour Availability Settings and enter your availability information.
- Locate and configure your appointment limit, appointment length, and minimum lead time.
Enable ILSs to Schedule Tours
- Navigate to the property page where you want to enable online scheduling.
- Select the Marketing tab and then select Marketing Hub.
- Set the Allow ILS Tour Scheduling setting to Yes.
Requesting Syndication
Contact onlinescheduling@apartments.com to request access to online scheduling with the specific properties you've syndicated via Property Name and Tour Types.
After receiving your request, Apartments.com confirms that each listing is connected via the data feed. After confirming the team integrates each listing using your Listing ID and Property Entrata ID. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your listings are successfully updated with integrated tour scheduling.
