Why am I getting a Non-residential Rental error?

We want the website to work optimally for both property managers/owners and renters, and for this, Apartments.com tries to ensure that properties on the website are true and accurate.

To this end, we use an address verifier to ensure that properties on the website are residential and zoned as such. But times change and sometimes the information we have can be outdated or incorrect.

If you get this notification when trying to add a property, and you can confirm that the property is categorized as residential with the County assessor, please email us at Support@apartments.com for additional assistance. Updates will need to be made internally to ensure you can list that property.
