What do the listing statuses in Rental Manager mean?
The listing statuses indicate the standing of your listing on Apartments.com and The Apartments.com Network.
Locating your listing status
- Navigate to your Rental Manager account and select the Properties tab.
The Properties page appears.
- Locate the Listing: row under the listing you want to check the status of.
Review the Listing Status Table below for more information on each status.
Listing Status Table
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | This listing has been approved and published. |
| Rejected | This listing has failed the verification process. |
| Off Market | This listing is incomplete or unpublished. |
| Approved | This listing has passed verification and is about to be published. |
| Pending | This listing is complete and is awaiting verification. |
| Terminated | This listing has been removed from the Apartments.com Network. |
