I'm having trouble verifying my listing. What's going on?

In order to create a safe marketplace and ensure the accuracy of listings on the Apartments.com network, we verify all owners, property managers, and agents who submit a listing.


How can I tell if my listing has been verified?

You can tell if a listing has been verified by first accessing your Properties section:

1. Sign into your Apartments.com account.

2. Click on the Menu button and select Properties & Listings from the drop down box.

3. Then click on Properties

In the Properties section, you should see the listing:

If the listing status is "Active", then the listing has been verified and published. 


Why is my listing still pending?

A listing will be pending until it has been verified. Please give us a call at 844-293-8899 so we can verify and expedite the listing’s publication.


I've already been verified but my listing hasn't published. What's going on?

If you’ve been previously verified or approved on a different listing, all future listings will publish automatically unless there is new information on the advertisement that needs to be verified.
