Do you offer a daily automatic late fee?

While you can set up Apartments.com to automatically add a flat, one-time, late fee, we don’t currently have an automatic daily late fee structure. With Apartments.com's automatic late fee, you'll enter the fixed amount for the late fee and a grace period (when the late fee should be applied).

We know that some leases include a daily late fee, and while you can't add those automatically in Apartments.com, you can manually add a daily late fee through the Add a Bill option.
