How do I syndicate fees to Apartments.com using RealPage?

Prerequisites

A LeaseStar Syndication or a RealPage Onesite subscription is required. For more information on obtaining a subscription, contact RealPage support.
An established connection between your listing information on RealPage and Apartments.com is required.

Syndicate fees

Contact RealPage support and submit a request for MITS 5.0 to be enabled on your RealPage account.
After MITS 5.0 is enabled, contact feeds@apartments.com and include an excel spreadsheet with property names, full addresses, and RealPage Property Key IDs (or Onesite IDs) of the properties where you would like to enable fee syndication.

After your RealPage fees are syndicated, any fees manually entered in Customer Portal will be removed and syndicated fees will populate your Fees & Policies page.

Important: To make changes to your fees moving forward, you will need to edit them in RealPage directly.

Opting in to MITS 5.0

Select the Listing Services dropdown and then select Syndication Performance.

The Syndication Performance page appears.

Select the property you would like to opt in to MITS 5.0.
Select the Syndication Settings button in the top right of the page.

The Syndication Settings panel appears.

Select the Sending Syndication pencil icon.

Select and enable the MITS 5.0 format checkbox.

Select Save at the bottom of the Edit Configuration panel.

MITS 5.0 is enabled on the property you selected.
