How do I syndicate fees to Apartments.com using Engrain?

Note: Apartments.com supports fee data syndication from Engrain’s SightMap REST API to power the Cost Calculator and ensure price transparency. Contact your Engrain representative or navigate to: https://engra.in/wpb to learn more.
Contact your Engrain representative and request opting in to fee data syndication to Apartments.com. After Engrain receives this request, your data will be automatically submitted to Apartments.com. This process takes 24-48 hours to complete, after which your fees successfully syndicate.

Note: Alternatively, Apartments.com can enable fee syndication for your entire portfolio within 24 to 48 hours.
After your Engrain fees are syndicated, any fees manually entered in Customer Portal will be removed and syndicated fees will populate your Fees & Policies page.
Important: To make changes to your fees moving forward, you will need to edit them in Engrain directly.
