Important: A Revenue Management license is required to push unit-level pricing features such as price by lease term and move-in dates from RentCafe V2 to Apartments.com.

Email feeds@apartments.com and request enabling price by lease term.
After Apartments.com receives your request, the feeds team starts enabling price by lease term. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your pricing information is syndicated.
