Knock Online Scheduling Support
Enabling scheduling using Knock
- Navigate to the Knock Admin portal and log in to your account.
The Knock Admin dashboard appears.
- Select the Scheduling tab in the left navigation.
The Scheduling page appears.
- Verify the Self-schedule checkbox is selected and enabled.
- Verify the Enable In-Person Tours checkbox is selected and enabled. This allows potential renters to schedule their own tours of your property.
Configuring tour hours
Locate the Touring Hours section on the Scheduling page and ensure the days your property is accepting tours are enabled with the correct hours selected.
Important: Contact Knock support to request enabling Knock Syndication through your client portal. You can submit one ticket requesting syndication for your entire portfolio or a list of properties where you want to enable scheduling rather than submitting a ticket for each property.
After Knock completes this request, your online scheduling information is syndicated to Apartments.com. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your listings are successfully updated with integrated tour scheduling.
