Knock Online Scheduling Support
Subscribing your properties to CoStar using Knock
Important: Your properties must be subscribed to CoStar before setting up tour scheduling. Follow the steps below to enable your subscription.
- Navigate to https://www.realpage.com/ and log in to your account.
- Select the Resources tab, Integration Marketplace, and then Marketplace.
The Marketplace page appears.
- Navigate to the Digital Marketing category and then locate Apartments.com Network.
- Select the Apartments.com Network logo and then select Subscribe Now.
- Enable the properties you would like to subscribe to and then select Save.
The subscription process is completed.
Enabling scheduling using Knock
- Navigate to the Knock Admin portal and log in to your account.
The Knock Admin dashboard appears.
- Select the Scheduling tab in the left navigation.
The Scheduling page appears.
- Verify the Self-schedule checkbox is selected and enabled.
- Verify the Enable In-Person Tours checkbox is selected and enabled. This allows potential renters to schedule their own tours of your property.
Configuring tour hours
Locate the Touring Hours section on the Scheduling page and ensure the days your property is accepting tours are enabled with the correct hours selected.
Requesting syndication
- Contact Knock support to request a list of your community IDs and to request enabling syndication.
Note: You can submit one ticket requesting syndication for your entire portfolio or a list of properties where you want to enable scheduling rather than submitting a ticket for each property.
- Contact feeds@apartments.com to request Knock tour scheduling syndication.
Important: Be sure to provide your Knock community IDs, full property names, and addresses for each property you want to syndicate.
After Knock and the feeds team receive these requests, they begin to enable online scheduling syndication. After this process is completed, your listings are successfully updated with integrated tour scheduling.
