Payments FAQs for Rental Managers

How long do payments take to process?

If your renter is paying with a checking account, the processing time is around 3-5 business days.

If your renter is paying with a credit card, the processing time is around 2–3 business days. Renters pay a 2.75% transaction fee to pay with their card.

How do I check on the status or details of a payment?

Click or tap on any item in the ledger tables to view details of an individual renter payment, or make edits to a charge.

Did my renter make a payment yet?

Any payments made by your renter will be a line item on your ledger labeled “Payment”. Any payments set up to be processed but not yet made will be labeled “Scheduled”. Bills, labeled "Due on" are requests for payments but not transactions.
