Can I create a month-to-month lease?

You can easily create a month-to-month lease on Apartments.com after you've listed your property. Once you log into your account, simply select Residents under Rental Tools on the left navigation bar. 

In the right corner of the page, select Set up new Residents.

You will be taken to this page where you will select the property you are setting up a resident for. 

After you select a property, you will select a resident type (resident, guarantor, or minor) and fill in their basic contact information. 

Afterwards, you will fill in lease term specifics. You can either select Fixed Dates for a fixed-term lease or Month To Month for a month-to-month lease. 

Choose a Lease Start Date and a Lease End Date and select Finish when you are done.
