Can I upload a lease for my Renter?

Yes, if you have an existing lease for the renter’s current term, you can upload that document straight to Apartments.com for record-keeping purposes.

All you must do is create a Resident for the renter by following these steps:

1. Go to Menu and select Rental Tools

2. Navigate to Residents

3. On the Resident page, select "Set up new Resident"

After the Resident has been set up, the next screen will be the resident record where you will see an option to upload a lease under Shared Documents.
