How do my renters sign their lease?

When you create a lease, we'll ask for the Residents and Guarantors names and email address. Once you've completed the lease, we'll send them an invitation to sign their lease by email. We'll then help them sign their lease digitally. 

When they've signed the lease, we'll let you know by email. We'll store the signed lease in your Apartments.com account under Residents.
