Can a Renter see my information on the Residents tab?

There are numerous privacy walls on Apartments.com meant to safeguard your identity, but since the Resident section applies to both renter and property owner/manager, a renter will have a full view of this page.

That is why we advise not creating a test resident or putting inaccurate information here. If there are any issues with the Resident that you or your renter notice, it can be corrected by editing the Resident.
