Are there any fees with collecting or paying rent on Apartments.com?

There are no fees for collecting rent for property managers and owners. Additionally, it is entirely free to use Rental Tools and our associated Payments feature.

Renters can pay for free with their checking account (ACH transfer) when paying rent. Alternatively, renters can pay with a credit card, debit card, or Google Pay for a 2.75% fee.
