Can I set up my renter to pay rent?

Whether you’re moving a renter onto our payment system or assisting someone who isn’t tech savvy, we advise property managers not to input any financial information on behalf of the renter.

If you do this, it will cause an error that could affect your ability to use the service. And for safety and verification purposes, setting up payments will have to be performed solely by the renter, or whomever is paying rent for them.  

You can certainly guide them through the process, but all actions and verifications will need to be completed by that renter.
