Why does my listing show Los Angeles as the city?

Los Angeles is the second largest city in the United States and a sprawling metropolitan area with numerous diverse neighborhoods. Due to the size and scope of L.A., many property managers and owners want to be sure they clearly state what part of town the rental is located. 

Please be aware that on Apartments.com and our network of websites, including Westside Rentals, all addresses in Los Angeles County will display Los Angeles as the city. Don't worry– a renter will still be able to find your rental by searching the neighborhood (i.e. Van Nuys, Culver City, Marina Del Rey, etc) or zip code. 

Even though the address will read as Los Angeles online, your listing will be searchable and visible when they search the nearby city.
