How long can my description be?

A captivating description is a great way to catch renters' attention. On Apartments.com there is plenty of room to describe the location under the Description section, but it can be no more than 7,000 Characters. 

Additionally, there are certain words that we don’t allow to be used, as content must comply with the FHA (Fair Housing Association). The most common word people get tied up with is the word “Required." Our system will also notify you of words that need to be redacted or edited in red text underneath the description box.
