Why is my contact information showing in the listing?

Apartments.com cares about the privacy of all users. To this end, we mask your actual phone number and email from the public view, but all calls and emails are directed straight to you. 

If you’re looking at your listing as if you were a renter and see your actual contact information to the right side of the images, bear in mind that it's information being pulled by your internet browser. We will never display your actual contact information.
