EliseAI Online Scheduling Support
Important: Tour scheduling cannot be enabled if Pre-qualify all leads? is enabled under your Affordable Leasing Settings.
- Navigate to Settings > Marketing and then select the ILSs tab at the top of the page.
- Search for and select your organization.
- Locate and select Apartments.com and then navigate to the Instant Touring column.
- Identify which properties you would like to enable tour scheduling for and then update each of their Off cells to On.
- After you have finished updating your properties, select Save.
A confirmation pop-up appears.

Review and confirm your selected properties.
Note: If you would like to be included in the request sent to Apartments.com, enter your email address in the provided field.
After confirming your selected properties, EliseAI sends a syndication request with the following information to feeds@apartments.com:
- Property ID
- Building Name
- Address
- City
- State
- ZIP code
- Enabled (true/false)
After receiving this request, Apartments.com starts enabling tour integration. This process takes up to 48 hours to complete.
After tour integration is complete your syndication status in the EliseAI portal will update from "Pending On" to "On."
