How do I set up lead attribution using EliseAI?
Important: Apartments.com is unable to syndicate lead destination emails, phone numbers, or property website URLs through the Elise feed. To enable lead management, property contact information and UTM tracking URLs, they need to be generated manually.
Enabling Lead Attribution
Marketing sources can only be managed through EliseAI's Website DNI interface. Contact your Elise CSM for step-by-step instructions.

Enabling Lead API
Important: Lead Attribution must be enabled before enabling Lead API.
You can enable complimentary API settings to automatically inform Apartments.com when your EliseAI lead tracking emails are not working properly. Refer to the instructions below for more information:
Email feeds@apartments.com to request that this API is enabled for the properties of your choice. Be sure to include the following within your request:
- Full property names and addresses

Your Elise AI email address in the following structure:
[property name in Elise system].[EliseAI's PropertyID]@leads.eliseai.com (e.g. steelereserve.123456@leads.eliseai.com)
After your request is received, the Apartments.com feeds team will pass the request to the integrations team to enable the Lead API settings. This process takes 24-48 hours to implement.
