How do I connect my listing to Apartments.com using Spherexx Ad Automation?
Connecting your listing refers to the process of syndication. Syndication is another way of describing the communication of listing information between a third-party service and Apartments.com. The following steps provide instructions for enabling property syndication using Spherexx Ad Automation (Adkast).
Requesting integration
- Contact your Spherexx Account Manager to verify you have a Spherexx Ad Automation (Adkast) subscription.
- Request an Apartments.com integration and indicate what properties you would like to connect.
- Spherexx will email feeds@apartments.com on your behalf to start the integration process.
After the request is sent, the Apartments.com the feeds team begins to enable syndication. This takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your listing is syndicated, and a confirmation email is sent to the Spherexx team.
