How do I add concessions to my listing using Spherexx Ad Automation?

Navigate to the Spherexx client portal and log in to your account.

Adding property-level concessions

1. Select the Specials tab, then select the New Special button.

A pop-up appears.

2. Enter your concession information and then select Save Changes.

Adding unit-level concessions

1. Select the Floor Plans tab, then select the Edit button under the unit where you want to add a concession.

A pop-up appears.

2. Locate the Unit Concessions section and enter your concession information.

Applying concessions to multiple units

1. Select the Floor Plans tab, then select the Manage Unit Concessions button on the upper right-hand side of the page.

The Manage Unit Concessions page appears.

2. Enter your concession information and then select the units where you would like to apply your concession.

3. Select Save Changes.
