How do I connect my listing to Apartments.com using EliseAI?

Connecting your listing is done through a process called syndication. Syndication allows listing information to be automatically shared between EliseAI and Apartments.com. Through this connection, EliseAI sends your community details, unit information, pricing, and availability to Apartments.com. This ensures your listings remain accurate and up to date without manual updates.

Syndicating your listings

Important: Ensure your organization has signed a syndication agreement with EliseAI. If you are unsure, contact your EliseAI Customer Success Manager (CSM) for confirmation.

  1. Navigate to the EliseAI portal and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Marketing > ILSs and review or update your syndication settings as needed.
  3. After you turn on syndication, an email will be sent to Apartments.com with any email addresses you entered CC'd. It can take 24 to 48 hours for Apartments.com to complete the request, after which your listings will be successfully connected.
