How do I enable Spherexx Apply Now?

Important: Spherexx Apply now is only available for silver and above ad package listings.

Prerequisites

  • A Spherexx Ad Automation (Adkast) subscription is required. For more information on obtaining this subscription, contact your Spherexx Account Representative.
  • An established connection between your listing information on Spherexx and Apartments.com is required.

Enabling Apply Now

  1. Ensure your property application is listed in the Application URL field on the Property Info tab. If your property has unit specific applications, please contact your Spherexx Account Manager for assistance.
  2. After Apply Now is enabled, send an email request to feeds@apartments.com to finish enabling the Apply Now feature on Apartments.com.

After receiving your request, Apply Now is enabled within 24 to 48 hours. Once enabled, your listings are updated with external application links that direct to your property website or leasing portal.
