How do I enable RealPage Apply Now?

Important: Your property must be enabled in the RealPage's Integration Marketplace, separate from the RealPage Marketing Center.   1. Navigate to the RealPage portal and log in to your account.

The Unified Platform home page appears.

  1. Locate the Resources section, select Integration Marketplace, and then select App Marketplace.
  2. Search for and select the Apartments.com Network logo, and then select + Integrate Now.
  3. Select and enable the checkboxes by the properties you want to connect to Apartments.com.
  4. Select Save.

An Apartments.com Network subscription request is sent to the Apartments.com feeds team for verification. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, and the feeds team sends you a confirmation email when apply-now is enabled.
