How do I syndicate fees to Apartments.com using Yardi Voyager?
Yardi has updated their ILS Syndication feed to the new MITS (Multifamily Information Transaction Standards) 5.0 data model to prioritize fee transparency and more granular fee data. New and existing Yardi Voyager 7 and Voyager 8 clients can now access new features with this update.
Important: Yardi Voyager 8 clients are automatically eligible for fee syndication with Apartments.com. Yardi Voyager 7 clients will need to opt-in manually or contact their Yardi support representative to enable syndication.
All clients must contact feeds@apartments.com and provide written approval to enable Yardi fees.
What's new with MITS 5.0?
- New Features: You can leverage new fee transparency features within Voyager 8 while continuing to operate in Voyager 7.
- Efficient Data Management: Yardi has provided additional tools to support bulk loading of fee-related data, streamlining the setup process.
- Seamless ILS Integration: After your fee data is configured in Voyager, it will be automatically mapped to your Apartments.com listings.
Syndicate fees
Contact feeds@apartments.com and include an excel spreadsheet with property names and full addresses of the properties where you would like to enable fee syndication.
Note: Alternatively, Apartments.com can enable fee transparency for your entire portfolio within 24 to 48 hours.
Important: All fees will be displayed under Fees & Policies. After your fees are syndicated, you will still have the ability to enter fees manually through the Apartments.com Customer Portal. If you prefer fees to only syndicate and display via the feed, please contact feeds@apartments.com and request feed fees only. If you would like the total monthly pricing badge to display on your listing, please ensure you are syndicating monthly fees via the feed for the badge to display.
