How do I send my leads from Apartments.com to Rent Manager?
Important: Verify you've created and enabled a location that contains your entire multifamily property portfolio before following these instructions. For more information on creating a location, contact Rent Manager support.
Navigate to Rent Manager and log in to your account.
The Rent Manager dashboard appears.
- Select the Admin tab in the top navigation and then select Available Integrations.
The Available Integrations page appears.
- Locate the Apartments.com product section and then select Request Activation.
A Request Activation pop-up appears.
- Confirm your contact information and then select the gear icon in the Locations section.
An Edit Properties and Bank Permissions page appears.
- Select any properties or banks you want to grant integration access to.
- Select Save.
The permissions pop-up closes, and you return to the activation pop-up.
- Select Request Activation.
Your information is sent to Apartments.com for verification. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your lead data successfully syndicates to Rent Manager from Apartments.com.
