Connecting your listing refers to the process of syndication. Syndication is another way of describing the communication of listing information between a third-party service and Apartments.com. The following steps provide instructions for enabling the syndication of a property using Better NOI.
Requesting Apartments.com integration
- Navigate to the Better NOI client portal and log in to your account.
- Create a support ticket on the Better NOI client portal, request Apartments.com integration, and indicate what properties you would like to connect.
After receiving your support ticket, the Better NOI team enables Apartments.com integration for the properties you requested. Better NOI sends you an email confirmation after integration setup is completed.
- After receiving your confirmation email, contact feeds@apartments.com to request connection between your properties and Apartments.com. Be sure to include both the property name and address of each property you would like to connect.
After Apartments.com receives your request, the feeds team starts enabling syndication. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your listing information is syndicated.
