How do I update my listing using ResMan?

Accessing your marketing information

  1. Navigate to the ResMan client portal and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the Admin portal, select Properties, and then select the property you want to update.
  3. Select Marketing Information in the left navigation menu.
  4. Select Edit to review and edit your marketing information. This information syndicates to

    Your property's marketing information page appears.

Updating your listing

From the marketing information page, you can:

  • Add property information.
  • Enter office hours.
  • Add amenity information.
  • Add pet information.
  • Add parking information.
  • Upload property images.
  • Select utilities included in rent.
  • Enter services near your property (schools, transportation, etc.)

Select Save when you are done updating your property information. Your information is syndicated to your listing within 24 to 48 hours. Repeat this process for every listing you want to update.
