How do I enable price by lease term using ResMan?
Important: Apartments.com will only display price by lease term and move-in date information on platinum or above ad package listings.
- Verify your listings are connected to the ResMan Internet Listing Service (ILS) feed. For more information on connecting your listings, refer to our article: How do I connect my listing to Apartments.com using ResMan?
- Contact feeds@apartments.com to request enabling price by lease term.
After receiving and accepting your request, your price by lease term information is syndicated to your listings within 24 to 48 hours. A confirmation email is sent after syndication is complete.
