Yardi Online Scheduling Support
Prerequisites
Important: Before enabling online scheduling, you must set up lead management using Yardi. For more information on lead attribution, refer to our article: How do I set up lead management using Yardi? - Property Owner and Manager Help Center (apartments.com)
- Set up lead management using Yardi (see above).
- Contact the RentCafe team and submit a request for Apartments.com to get online scheduling access. After reviewing and accepting your request, a RentCafe technical account manager will configure Yardi Site Manager. This manager will then provide you with a Vendor-Client API Token for your unique environment.
Important: If you do not reach out to the RentCafe team to request Apartments.com online scheduling access, your scheduling integration will not be fully set up.
Enabling Online Scheduling
After receiving your Vendor-Client API Token from Yardi, contact onlinescheduling@costar.com to enable online scheduling using Yardi services. In your initial email, send the CoStar representative a list of your properties with the following information:
- Property Name
- Property Address
- Tour Type(s)
- RentCafe Property ID
- Yardi Company Code
- Vendor-Client API Token
Apartments.com verifies each property is connected to our internal scheduling service. Apartments.com Online Scheduling then integrates with our internal scheduling service using the information above.
This process can take up to 48 hours.
