After receiving your request, Apartments.com contacts RentDynamics and requests property-specific integration credentials. 

After receiving those credentials, the Apartments.com team programs RentDynamics properties into the online scheduling workflow. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your listings are successfully updated with integrated tour scheduling.
