To activate a unit for self touring:

  1. Select Assets, followed by Units. 
  2. Click Add unit.
    1. Fill out the Basic tab, including street address, unit number, and building number
    2. Fill out the Marketing tab, including price, title, description, bed/bath, and pet policy
    3. Fill out the Showing tab, including access device (lockbox number or smart lock) and directions to the unit
    4. Upload Unit photos
  3. Click on the toggle button to turn it on
  4. With the unit activated, the Apartments.com Team can set up the integration to allow for prospects to instantly book a Self-Guided Tour directly from Apartments.com.
