How can I change the order of my photos?

The images that appear in your Main Image Gallery on the Listing Details Page are affected by the Albums in your Properties Dashboard. Here's how you can change the order in which your images appear on your listing:

1. Select Properties & Listings on the left-hand navigation. Then select Properties. 
2. From here, select the property that needs editing. 
3. Select Media on the navigation bar under the property address. Images should already be selected for you. 
4. Select Image Settings on the right-hand side of the page.
   
5. From Image Settings, you can see the automated sort order of your Albums. Your photos will be displayed in the same order they are shown on this screen. The main image in your community album will be displayed first, followed by your model album photos (if any), your unit album photos, etc. 
6. Keep Main Image selected. This will be the first image that appears in your listing, followed by Model Album Photos, Unit Album Photos, Community Album Photos, etc. If you have the second and third options selected, you may be limited in the number of Community Album Photos that appear on your listing. This is because you may hit your photo limit before any of the images in your community album can be displayed since they will appear after the model and unit photos.
Note: The number of images that appear in your Main Image Gallery on the Listing Details Page will be determined by the ad package you have selected for that property.
7. To ensure your community photos are seen by potential tenants on your Listing Details Page, consider deselecting Model Album Photos and Unit Album Photos from your Image Settings. Renters viewing your listing will be able to see Model Album Photos and Unit Album Photos when they select the type of model they're looking for, such as a one-bedroom apartment.

How do I get more photos to appear on my listing?

The number of images that can be displayed in your Main Image Gallery on the Listing Details Page depends on the ad package level you have selected for your property. They are as follows: 

If your listing has photo limitations, we recommend showing renters everything your community has to offer by highlighting your Community Album Photos. To do this, deselect the second and third options beneath Main Image: Model Album Photos and Unit Album Photos.
