How do I renew a lease on Apartments.com?

Renewing a lease

  1. Log in to your Rental Manager account and select Residents & Leases in the left navigation.

  1. Select View Details under the resident you want to renew a lease with.

Note: You can only renew leases that are labeled as Ended, Ending Soon, or Current.

The resident screen appears.

  1. Select the Edit lease term dropdown and then select Renew lease term. 

  1. Configure your leasing terms and then select Continue when you are done.

Your lease successfully renews, and a lease document wizard appears.

  1. Generate a renewal document for you and your renter's reference.

Your renewal document is generated.
