Does Apartments.com offer Rental Comps?

Staging an apartment and marketing are only a few things to check off the list of finding the right renter. Another important step is making sure you're getting the full value of your investment while setting the rental price at a fair market rate. 

Luckily, if you don't know where to start, Apartments.com offers a handy resource to figure out your pricing!

If you've enabled the suite of Rental Tools, one feature that will come along with online lease creation, screening, and online rent collection are rental comps. These reports will pull information from the surrounding area to give you a full picture of the current market rates. 

To find this feature:

First Sign-In on Apartments.com, and then go to the Menu, selecting Properties & Listings, then click on  Properties.

Click the three green dots on the listing and a drop-down list will appear that will include Rental Comps.

When you click this, a report will automatically start generating. Be sure to disable any pop-up blockers to ensure you can open and download the PDF file.
