How do I deactivate my listing?

If you've found a renter, you can deactivate your Apartments.com listing by following these steps:

Visit Apartments.com and click on Sign In to log into your account.

Select  Menu then Properties & Listings.

Click on Properties to find your listing and then click on the green ellipses for the option to make changes.

Select Edit Listing which will open a new page where you can off-market your listing by clicking on Deactivate.

Alternatively, you can deactivate a listing by clicking on the toggle next to Listing: Active.

Tip: Once you've deactivated a listing, it can take up to 24 hours to fall off the website.
