I had a virtual tour made of my property. How can it be added to my listing?

(For multi-family customers)

3D virtual tours are a great way for renters to get the look and feel of your property, entirely remotely. Apartments.com accepts tours powered by Matterport, LCP360, AtlasBay VR, CloudPano, Gryd, Helix, Kuula, 3D Plans, and Peek. This feature is available for Apartments.com customers with a gold-level advertising package or higher.

If you have a virtual tour that you would like to be added to your listing, we are here to help!

Please email support@apartments.com providing each of the following items below.  We'll work to get the tour(s) uploaded for you asap.  After we have completed the upload, we will send you an email confirmation.  

1. The property's name and address

2. The tour links (Matterport, LCP360, AtlasBay VR, CloudPano, Gryd, Helix, Kuula, 3D Plans, or Peek) or 3D Image ID

3. Clearly labeled thumbnail files for each tour. These vendor-supplied files should be named according to the space they show, and they should be in .jpg format.

4. A caption for each 3D tour:

a) Model units should include the bed count, bath count, and square footage (for example: 2BD, 2BA – 980 SF) 

b) Common space tours should have a caption that reflects the description of the common space. (e.g. Lobby, Fitness Room)
