In accordance with the law, Apartments.com does not run eviction reports for applications to properties in New York State.
If I manage properties outside of New York State, will eviction reports be included?
Yes. If you receive applications to properties in jurisdictions where housing providers are allowed to consider eviction report information, Apartments.com will run eviction reports for the associated applications.
