Can I collect my own application fee or run reports for applicants?

No, you're not able to collect your own application fee through Apartments.com at this time. 

Instead, renters pay $29.00 + tax to apply and share their screening reports through Apartments.com. 

You'll receive an email whenever someone applies, and you'll be able to review their completed application and reports right from your Apartments.com account. 

Tip: Renters can reuse their application and screening reports with participating property owners on Apartments.com for 30 days.
